Why Liberian artists struggled to succeed Globally?
Artists from Liberia are talented enough to go global. The problem is not talent the problem is the system, strategy, and support.

Take Jzyno for example.

He had a big song and even crossed into Ghana by working with Lasmid. That’s a very smart move.

After a hit, an artist must Drop more songs quickly, Stay visible, Build a strong brand. If not, people forget. This is called “one-hit syndrome.”

Look at Christopher the change, he is Very popular in Liberia, an he has the Strongest street fanbase

But outside Liberia? Not many people know him. Why? Because his music and promotion are mostly local-focused.

Now compare that to Burna Boy, His music is pushed in Africa, Europe, America, and He collaborates globally. That’s the difference between local fame and global success.

In Liberia, Many artists are doing everything alone.
That slows them down. Many Liberian artists promote mainly on Facebook, and Local radio

But the global audience is on TikTok, Spotify and YouTube. If the music is not there, the world won’t hear it.

To compete globally, artists need, High-quality videos, Marketing budget and Professional production. Without money, it’s hard to match artists from bigger countries.

The sad reality is that most Liberian artists are operating in a system that is not yet built for global success.
